Combining field-proven detection performance with advanced Digital Signal Processing algorithms to discriminate between intrusion attempts and environmental disturbances, Model 334-POE-S mitigates risk of site compromise while preventing nuisance alarms.
This IP-based solution integrates with new or existing TCP/IP networks via a single Ethernet cable, providing installation and maintenance convenience, system design flexibility and lower infrastructure costs. Model 334-POE-S Transmitters and Receivers feature an embedded browser-based Installation Service Tool (IST) for local or remote setup on an authorized PC or mobile device. Units can be dual, triple or quad-stacked with Model 336-POE K-Band Digital Microwave Links to fortify ultra-high security applications with risk of prone crawling or bridging attack. Model 390 is also equipped with a patented Zero-Range Suppression (ZRS) circuit which reduces the amplitude of close-range targets, preventing nuisance alarms caused by rain, vibration, birds and windblown objects.

INTREPID™ MicroWave 330 (K-band) is a volumetric perimeter detection system for fencelines, open areas, gates, entryways, walls, and rooftop applications. Based on Southwest Microwave’s field-proven microwave detection technology, it reliably detects human intruders with minimal environmental nuisance alarms. Advanced digital signal processing (DSP) allows continuous monitoring of intrusion alarm and tamper switch status, received signal strength, and detection parameters.
MicroWave 330’s tethered mode of operation optimizes sensor control. Its on-board synchronization circuitry eliminates external interference and allows multiple MicroWave 330s and Southwest Microwave transceivers to operate without mutual interference between sensors. Units can be stacked for ultra-high security applications. As part of the new-generation INTREPID™ family, MicroWave 330 networks seamlessly with the MicroPoint™ II Fence Detection Sensor and MicroTrack™ II Buried Cable Detection Sensor using a common, open architecture communications protocol.

INTREPID Model 316

INTREPID™ Model 316 (K-band) is a CE-rated standalone volumetric perimeter detection sensor for fencelines, open areas, gates, entryways, walls and rooftop applications. The sensor employs proprietary Digital Signal Processing algorithms to classify disturbances to the detection field in real time to optimize detection performance. Intruders walking, jumping or crawling through the field are identified and detected, while common environmental disturbances are suppressed, preventing nuisance alarms.
The fully-shielded electronics module and precisely-focused parabolic antenna of Model 316 are mounted on a rugged metal baseplate and covered by a molded ABS radome for all weather operation. Heavy-duty metal pole-mounting bracket with steel swivel mount permits precise setup and provides firm lock against movement.

Model 385 K-Band Outdoor Microwave Transceiver provides reliable three-dimensional protection in outdoor environments. Sensitive, field-adjustable detection circuitry is capable of detecting a human intruder while walking running, or crawling on hands and knees at a distance up to 122 m (400 ft) from the transceiver.
A patented Range Cutoff (RCO) Circuit positively rejects all microwave targets beyond a preselected range. This unique capability makes Model 385 immune to alarms from any object outside the RCO distance, even very large microwave targets such as semitrailers, trees, trains or aircraft. Model 385 is also equipped with a patented Zero-Range Suppression (ZRS) Circuit which reduces the amplitude of any microwave target at very close range. This circuit dramatically reduces nuisance alarms from rain, vibration, birds and windblown objects. Neither the RCO nor the ZRS circuit affects detection pattern.

Model 380 is also equipped with a patented Zero-Range Suppression (ZRS) Circuit which reduces the amplitude of any microwave target at very close range, dramatically reducing nuisance alarms from rain, vibration, birds and windblown objects. Neither the RCO nor the ZRS circuit affects detection pattern.

Hi-Rel units are fitted with an RFI/EMI shielded radome, undergo an extended burn-in cycle at 52° C (125° F) and are temperature tested from -40° to 66° C (-40° to 150° F). Model 310B-33456 Explosionproof

Model 310B-33456, operating at K-band frequency, offers reliable intrusion detection in the presence of flammable, combustible or easily ignitable materials. The sensor is specifically designed to operate at oil refineries, chemical and petrochemical plants, petroleum or chemical storage facilities and other sites where hazardous materials are handled, processed or stored.

The housing and brackets are suitable for corrosive environments such as oil refineries, chemical and petrochemical plants, petroleum or chemical storage facilities, and where hazardous substances are handled.

INTREPID™ Model 334-33465 (X-band) is a high-security standalone volumetric perimeter sensor for maximum-security sites such as nuclear power plants, government laboratories and military installations. Combining Southwest Microwave’s field proven detection performance with advanced embedded Digital Signal Processing (DSP) to successfully discriminate between intrusion attempts and environmental disturbances, this Hi-Reliability sensor mitigates risk of site compromise and prevents nuisance alarms. An extended burn-in cycle of five days at 125° F (52° C) and full temperature testing from -40° to +150° F (-40° to +66° C) maximize reliability.
Model 334-33465 features six crystal-controlled, field-selectable modulation channels with narrow-band filtering to prevent interference between sensors. Units can be dual, triple or quad-stacked with Model 336-33464 K-Band Digital Microwave Links to fortify ultra-high security applications with risk of prone crawling or bridging attack. Advanced Digital Signal Processing (DSP) algorithms successfully discriminate between intrusion attempts and environmental disturbances, mitigating risk of site compromise while preventing nuisance alarms.
A patented Range Cutoff (RCO) circuit rejects all microwave targets beyond a preselected range. This unique capability makes Model 395 immune to alarms from objects outside the RCO distance, including large targets such as metal fences, vehicles, trees, trains or aircraft. Model 395 is also equipped with a patented Zero-Range Suppression (ZRS) circuit which reduces the amplitude of close-range targets, preventing nuisance alarms caused by rain, vibration, birds and windblown objects.
